Please note, if you opt for standard shipping via Deutsche Post, the final delivery will be made by your national postal service. We recommend you track your orders using Parcelapp tracking website.
We are unable to cover the cost of reshipping the item back to the buyer after a return in these three instances:
a) the buyer originally gave us the wrong address
b) the buyer has failed to pick up the item from the post office within the allotted time frame
c) the buyer has missed repeated attempts by the carrier to deliver the item to their address.
We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
